Booking & stay terms
Clear rules for booking, payment, cancellation and staying in Nevada Homes apartments in Sierra Nevada.
1. Scope and contract
These terms apply to direct bookings of accommodation offered by Nevada Homes. The booking confirmation, selected apartment, dates and price form part of the contract for that stay.
Where a specific rate or offer displays special conditions before payment, those specific conditions prevail for that booking.
2. Booking confirmation
- A booking becomes effective after the required payment process is successfully completed and confirmation is issued.
- The guest is responsible for the accuracy of names, contact details, guest count and stay dates.
- Any change of dates, apartment or guest count requires confirmation and may change the price.
3. Price, charges and payment
Before confirmation we show the accommodation price and mandatory charges, including cleaning where applicable. Nightly prices may vary by date.
- Payment is processed by the payment provider shown during booking, currently including Stripe, or by another expressly offered method.
- Optional services requested later may be charged separately.
- Mandatory charges should not be hidden until the final booking step.
4. Cancellation, no-show and early departure
The cancellation rules shown for the selected rate before payment form part of the booking. If a rate is expressly marked non-refundable, cancellation or no-show does not entitle the guest to a refund. If a flexible rate is offered, the displayed deadline and charges apply.
Voluntary early departure after check-in does not automatically create a right to a refund for unused nights.
5. No general 14-day withdrawal right
Accommodation services supplied for specific dates fall within an exception to the general distance-contract withdrawal right. Cancellation rights therefore depend on the selected rate conditions rather than a general 14-day cooling-off period.
6. Occupancy and minors
- Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay, up to the apartment maximum.
- The apartment must not be made available to unregistered visitors without prior approval.
- Minors must remain under the responsibility of an adult in accordance with applicable law.
7. Check-in, check-out and access
The times stated in the booking and stay instructions apply. Current published information indicates check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00 unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Access codes, keys and instructions are for the booked guests only and must not be shared with third parties. Early arrival or late departure requires confirmation.
8. Mandatory guest registration
Guests must provide the information required under Spanish accommodation-registration rules before or at the start of the stay. Failure to provide legally required information may prevent full access instructions from being issued or the stay from commencing.
9. House rules
- No parties or events that disturb neighbours.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Quiet hours, building-community rules and safety instructions must be respected.
- Pets are permitted only where expressly approved in advance.
- Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and the apartment left in a reasonable condition.
10. Parking and common areas
Where private parking is included, guests must use only the assigned space and follow the instructions provided. Nevada Homes is not responsible for fines, towing or damage caused by parking outside the assigned place or by ignoring garage/building rules.
11. Internet, TV and equipment
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, streaming services and other equipment are provided where listed for the apartment. Temporary failures of third-party services, internet networks, utilities or streaming platforms do not by themselves create an automatic right to a full stay refund.
12. Damage, deposit and additional costs
The guest is responsible for damage caused by the guest or members of the booking, excluding normal wear and tear. If a security deposit applies, its amount and method are stated before arrival or in the booking confirmation.
- Material damage or faults should be reported promptly.
- Reasonable verified costs for repair, replacement, exceptional cleaning, lost keys or rule breaches may be claimed from the responsible guest in accordance with law and the booking terms.
13. Mountain, road and ski-resort conditions
Sierra Nevada is a high-mountain resort. Weather, A-395 road conditions, lift and piste opening, snow levels and decisions of the resort operator are outside Nevada Homesβ direct control. Booking an apartment does not guarantee a particular number of open pistes, lift operation or snow conditions.
14. Problems during the stay
If a problem arises at the apartment, please report it as soon as reasonably possible. We want a fair opportunity to inspect the issue and propose a solution during the stay rather than first learning about it after departure.
15. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay to the extent caused by events outside reasonable control, such as authority decisions, major infrastructure failures, fires, exceptional weather or other force-majeure events. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Liability and personal belongings
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. Nevada Homes does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
17. Personal data and payments
Booking data is processed to perform the contract, handle payment, communicate operationally and comply with legal obligations including guest registration. See the Privacy Policy for details. Card data is processed by the payment provider under its own security procedures.
18. Applicable law and consumer rights
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Court jurisdiction is determined under the applicable mandatory rules.
19. Contact and versions
For booking and stay matters, use the contact details published by Nevada Homes. The conditions applicable to a booking are the version accepted and made available when that booking was concluded.
